Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive digital excellence? Do you have a knack for identifying growth opportunities and optimising digital journeys? If so, we want you on our team!
As a Digital Optimisation Manager at The AA, you'll support the performance management and continuous optimisation of our digital journeys. Your primary goal will be to leverage data to generate and deliver improvement opportunities, sharing learnings and best practices across teams.
What will I be doing?
- Conduct internal data analysis using first-party data sources to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform ongoing external market auditing for benchmarking and new opportunities.
- Manage process efficiency when collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Identify medium and long-term optimization opportunities for existing product journeys.
- Manage split-tests from hypothesis to development, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
What do I need?
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: You have a strong background in utilising quantitative or qualitative data to drive growth of digital products.
- Experienced in Digital Performance: Digital Performance experience within a Digital focussed environment, you're adept at identifying and seizing opportunities.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient with web analytics tools i.e., Google Analytics, Adobe, Tableau, as well as comfortable with data and analysis.
- Agile and Adaptable: Familiar with Agile Scrum environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Creative and Organised: You bring a consumer-first mindset to creating product journeys, considering cross-sell and retention as key business factors.
- Team Player: You're ready to share learnings and collaborate across teams, contributing to a culture of customer obsession, inclusion, agility, and learning.
