Are you passionate about data and analytics? Do you have a knack for developing insightful management information dashboards and reports? If yes, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As an MI Analyst within The AA, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our existing Management Information (MI) ecosystems, as well as developing new ones across all business areas. You'll be part of a dynamic team, working to design, develop, and provide operational support to a range of MI systems.

What will I be doing?

  • Develop analytical and operational MI through the creation of semantic layers, dashboards, and reports.
  • Deliver accurate and timely Management Information to a diverse audience.
  • Guide end-users in the correct use of MI and promote best practices aligned with our data strategy.
  • Provide in-depth data analysis to deliver new insights and improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand MI requirements and translate business priorities into technical designs.

What do I need?

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Proven working experience within a reporting, MI, or BI dashboard role.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and Power BI is essential to this role. Further experience with other systems i.e., OBIEE, Tableau, or Databricks would be advantageous.
  • Experience in complex data analysis and a solid understanding of data models and data warehouse concepts.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and a proven track record of stakeholder engagement.
